You Need Leads

You need leads.

Leads are the lifeblood of a thriving business.

No Leads = No Growth

But you know that already.

So the real question is:

How do you get leads?

To be honest, there are a million ways to get more leads.

  • Cold Outreach
  • Warm outreach
  • Advertising
  • Content marketing
  • Word-of-Mouth
  • Event Marketing

I could go on...

Few teams are good at everything.

Especially the small teams.

So what do you do?

PRIORITIZE

First, identify what you're not good at.

Cross that off the list.

Now, look at what you have left and decide what you're best at.

Pick only ONE.

Now go work on it. Just that.

100% focus until you're generating leads consistently.

Then and only then should you start to explore more channels.
